Director General of DUDBC, Er. Sambhu KC and Mr. Prafulla Man Singh Pradhan, Chairperson of Lumanti, exchanges signed Agreement Letter.  Lumanti and Department for Urban Development and Building construction signed an Agreement on 19th August 2014.

The key objectives of the Agreement are 1) formulate policy to provide housing facilities to the urban poor, low income families including slum communities 2) Conduct study and research to find sustainable solutions to the issues of urban poor and low income families 3) Formulate and implement necessary programme to provide housing facility to the urban poor and low income families and 4) Conduct research on low cost housing construction technology, disseminate information nationwide and promote the use of the low cost housing technology.
