A yearly review meeting was conducted at Dhulikhel on 20th and 21st March. LUMANTI has been conducting yearly review meeting for sharing on different thematic programs and their progress as well as innovations and challenges faced in the programs. The review meeting has also been providing opportunities for all the staffs at central and field offices to gather together and share about their work as well as their experiences.

 

The major objective has been to share experiences, best methods and challenges and reflect and review them as well as to have overview of key themes and discuss them on what have been the best practices along with challenges, feedback and suggestions. The meeting also provided opportunity to share internal reflections on not only the programs but the financial and administration of human resources, finance, linkages, coordination and organizational policies too and to categorize all the suggestions and feedback on the basis of human resource development, coordination, and policy to develop an action plan and follow up in future and make way for policy influences and formulations.
